Whether a for brunch with white sausage, a  hot summer afternoon or a warm summer night – at the Braugarten Forst you are always right.
The old, shady chestnut trees provide a stylish ambiance, entertaining afternoons or cozy evenings with live music for the right mood and the cool Forst beer, as well as our grilled dishes are awaiting you for your well-being.
We are open all day from 10 am to 12 pm (hot meals from 10:30 to 22:30)

Of course, everything revolves around the beer here at the Braugarten Forst. Freshly tapped from expert hands, served quickly and at the right temperature to your table by our friendly, zippy staff.
Enjoy our Beer from the Beer Stein, from the Mass or smooth chalices.
All beers comes fresh from the production of the FORST brewery, we need to carry it just across the wooden bridge, as fresh as it is!

Our cuisine is well known far beyond South Tyrol for a good reason: We use fresh products of the highest quality, which comes preferably from local, domestic producers. All dishes are fresh cooked by our long-standing, experienced team to provide you with the best possible food– guaranteed!
And there is something other that distinguishes us: Our kitchen works professionell- and nimble: Long waits does not exist here at the Braugarten!

Braugarten Events


We know what kind of music suits the Braugarten. For your pleasure we offer afternoon concerts, sundowners with Bohemian or traditional bands with up to 40 musicians, funky folk rock, but also gentle Sax Solists. Mixed with performances from absolute superstars like the Südtiroler Spitzbuam.

Important football matches and Formula 1 – Moto GP races are transmitted live on large screens.
